I bought this as a gift for my daughter and she loved it. The tuxedo cat painting was beautifully done. The blue and purple background was perfect to showcase the artist rendering of the cat.
A beautifully illustrated antique, vintage map from the year 1888, of an aerial view of the town of Milford, Worcester County, Massachusetts. This wonderfully nostalgic piece of history is from the Public Domain, and is by O H Bailey, published in Boston. Surrounding the map, a series of insets show illustrations of landmarks, such as Music Hall and Hotel Willian and a selection of churches, private residences, manufacturing premises and public buildings. A reference list also indicates the location of various buildings of note in the area at the time. This reproduction map has been restored and color corrected.
I'm a travel photographer and photo artist. I like to explore every nook and cranny of anywhere I visit and I'm always looking out for something unusual or unique, weird and wonderful, interesting and intriguing. For me, half the challenge is in the initial taking of the photo, the looking for something that catches my attention, getting that perfect composition, but the other half is in the processing, the tweaking and twisting and the addition of a little imagination to see how much detail I can bring to the surface and hopefully let the viewer see the same as I did when I took the shot. My images have been shot here, there and everywhere, mainly in the historic cities of Europe and with the occasional one taken in my own surroundings...
